More details are emerging about the Mayfair mall mall shooting that left two people dead and at least one injured in Manhattan on Friday night.
A law enforcement official told News24 that one person was killed and another injured.
The official added that the shooting occurred at the Mayfield Avenue mall at about 9:30 p.m.
The source added that at least two other people were in the building at the time.

The shooting took place in a crowded shopping mall at the corner of Mayfield Ave.
and Lenox Avenue, according to the official, who said they were not aware of any additional victims.

It was unclear if the gunman had any accomplices.
The Mayfield mall is just west of downtown Manhattan, a popular tourist attraction that has been the site of several high-profile crimes in recent years.
